Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
  • Incorrect Item – If we have sent you the wrong product, size, or design due to our error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (size guides are available on all product pages).
  • Minor differences in color or design appearance due to screen settings or the printing process.

2. Reporting an Issue

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us on our Contact Page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

3. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement of the affected item.
  • If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

As all items are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once your order has entered production. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 2-5 business days
  • Canada: 10-30 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking details for updates.
  • Contact the carrier directly for the most accurate information.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is missing, please contact the carrier first before reaching out to us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory processes.
